CONSTRUCT is backed by the architectural expertise of the E Square Architecture led by Ecem “AJ” Ecevit-Pogge, a licensed architect, realtor, and a property investor. E Square is a full-service architecture and design firm. We believe design is not just a discipline but is essential to the way we live our lives.

E Square works closely with a trusted team of contractors and vendors to oversee every detail of the design process.

Ecem “AJ” Ecevit-Pogge

AJ is a trained architect and has been working professionally in the design and construction industry since 1997. She has experience working on high-end residential properties as well as retail, collaborating with developers to build mixed-use projects and assist with commercial tenant improvement. She is a member of the American Institute of Architects and U.S. Green Building Council. She holds a Master's Degree in Architecture from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

She has an architecture license both in WA and NC and is the owner of E Square Architecture, a full-service architecture firm providing expertise with a wide range of projects.

About 15 years ago AJ got interested in property investments and since then she buys, renovates, and sells properties throughout the United States. She obtained her real estate license in Seattle WA and assists buyers and sellers under her firm CONSTRUCT Home + Investments.

Today AJ and her team provide extraordinary services for buyers, sellers, and investors alike by understanding her clients' unique objectives. Her clients greatly benefit from her insight as they evaluate homes and property values in the Pacific Northwest. AJ goes the extra mile to make sure all options and possibilities are presented before helping her clients move forward. Many clients focus solely on present needs while AJ also helps them plan for future needs.

AJ considers networking an essential part of today’s business and is currently a member of the Greater Seattle Chinese Chamber of Commerce and WREN (Women in Real Estate Networking).
